Payroll for 140 people across Lagos and Accra is one upload on the 25th. It used to be two banks, three spreadsheets and a lost weekend.

The problem

Adire & Co employs 140 people across a Lagos workshop, an Accra showroom and a small Nairobi team. Payroll meant two banks, three spreadsheets and a weekend of reconciling who had been paid.

What changed

Tolu now uploads one payroll file on the 25th. Montra checks every row, flags a mistyped account number before anything is sent, and pays each person in naira, cedis or shillings on local rails.

Two people, one sign-off

Payroll needs approval from both Tolu and the finance manager. Once approved, every salary lands the same morning, and payslip-ready reports go straight to the accountant.

The result

Payroll went from a lost weekend to a single upload. Staff in all three countries are paid on the same day, in their own currency.
